If a product is not working as expected or requires repair, customers should return their LiDAR sensor from the company that sold the product. Velodyne only sells LiDAR sensors. If the sensor is part of a larger system, which may include additional sensors, computer hardware, and software; the sensor should be returned to that integrator. If the sensor was sold through a local country distributor, the sensor should be returned to the distributor first and not sent to Velodyne directly.
